Origin 2011, The Contemporary Craft Fair

 

 

 

 

This week I've been photographing Origin, The Contemporary Craft Fair presented by Tent Exhibitions for the Crafts Council.  A fantastic event full of incredible hand made crafts for sale.  New features this year include Lux Craft and Liberty Selects.  Last day to visit is this Wednesday 28 September.

Block Party, Design Junction

Block Party is a Crafts Council touring exhibition, first on show at Design Junction during London Design Festival.  The works are all inspired by the art of the tailor and the artists use traditional methods of pattern cutting in innovative and unexpected ways.   A very exciting exhibition to photograph.

I've been photographing the Garden Museum, a hidden gem next to Lambeth Palace. This historic building is the oldest on the south of the river. If you've not been I highly recommend a visit and enjoy their cafe, exhibitions, shop and of course, the garden!
